How Our AI Works

Our skiing AI assistant is powered by AWS services and Amazon Nova Pro. Here's how it works:

Your query is sent through the API Gateway
A Lambda Function processes your request
The function connects to Amazon Bedrock, which provides access to powerful AI models
Amazon Nova Pro processes your query intelligently
The AI searches through our Knowledge Library of skiing information
A tailored response is generated and returned to you

The entire system is secured by AWS IAM to ensure safe and reliable operation. This architecture allows us to provide detailed, accurate information about ski resorts worldwide.

Note: We do not currently use the Knowledge Library. We would like to—however it costs approximately $3–5 per day to run—so we may implement it or a similar capability in the future.
